- Open the hood and find the "S" tube. The
"S" tube is the large, black, corrugated tube that goes from
the front of the engine to the airbox, located on the driver's side of
the car in front of the strut tower.
-
Unscrew the clamp that holds the "S" tube to the air
expansion box. Hold the "S" tube out of the way (if you want,
you can disconnect it from the airbox as well).
-
Notice the Tuner Tube. It's a small tube about 2.5" in
diameter and 6" in length that's inserted into the air expansion box.
-
Pry the edge of the Tuner Tube until it comes out. Simply
pull it all the way out, and use it as a penholder.
- Reinstall the "S" tube, and re-tighten clamp. You're
done.
