Chock front wheels to prevent rolling, then raise the
car securely to access the rear axle area.
Remove the 1/2" bolt that secures the rubber
bushing and the sway bar to the mounting plate. Figure
Re-Insert existing bolt through the bracket. Figure#2
Adjust the end links equally on both sides such that the
overall length is equal to the distance between the attachment bolts.
Slide the end links onto the new bolt and tighten. Figure#3
Tighten the tie bar by hand by turning it
counter-clockwise until it is snug.
Snug the jam nuts on each end of the tie bar by hand,
and then fully tighten them with your wrench so that the tie bar can no
longer be turned by hand. Figure#4
