Phobia
The J-Body mailing list is for Chevrolet Cavalier, Pontiac Sunbird, and
Pontiac Sunfire owners and/or enthusiasts.
Currently there are two versions. The normal version is an "instant" version of the mailing list exists.
When a message is posted to the
list, you will receive it moments later. This is very convenient, but it
can also cause problems, mainly for those who do not check their mail
often enough. Some ISP's (Internet Service Providers) limit the capacity
of a user's mailbox. For this a digest version is also available.
What a digest is, once a day all the mails from that day are sent in one
"digested" form. If your e-mail account limits your e-mail, the
digest version is recommended. When a mailbox reaches its "full" capacity,
it will begin to "bounce" messages back to the mailing list's
server. If your mail does this, the list admin will remove you
from the mailing list. Once you correct the problem, you are welcome to
re-subscribe.
The mailing list is designed for just
about any type of J-Body related information/discussion. The list is
currently unmoderated, and off topic discussion occasionally takes place.
We understand that the topic of conversation may drift. We only request
that you keep things on reasonably topic and J-Body related. Removal from
the list (temporary or permanent) may result in failure to adhere to this
policy.
