Wednesday
Wednesday didn't really have a schedule of events, except a lunch
with GM and a special walkthrough of the plant. Then it was back to
the hotel to hang out and clean the vehicles. Wednesday Images Thursday
Thursday was another kind of laid back day. Not a lot going on.
There was registration for everyone who hadn't registered yet. There
was also an ice breaker sponsored by Team Forward Motion, which was
quite a hit. Probably the highlight of the day was the threat of
hail, which sent most cars scattering like cockroaches when the
lights come on. It was quite amusing to see if you had the bashcam
on.

Friday
Friday was a busy day. It started early at 7 am when we all had to
be up to get to the plant. The caravan was quite a site to see, and
thankfully this year we had no accidents. Whew! Much thanks to the
Ohio State Police and Lordstown Police Department for keeping us
safe. We had tours of the plant throughout the day, as well as the
Eco-Tech interactive trailer. After the plant show it was off to the
Quaker City Raceway for some drag racing and dyno fun. A good time
was had, except for Chris Laverty's car, which experienced a broken
transmission. But Mantapart was quick to help out, and Chris
Laverty's green mobile was back in action by around 4am. Friday

Yet another busy day. Back to the Lordstown Assembly Plant for
another car show. This car show's benefits went to the Make-A-Wish
Foundation. This years judging was done by EnVus Car Club of Red Bud
Illinois. Another great day of fun and cars. Awards and a parts
raffle were the highlight of the day. Our own Mike Davis won a Best
of Show trophy, despite a problem he had with his windshield.
Congrats to Mike Davis. Saturday's
